I earned my master degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from the University of Nevada, Reno. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor, a member of Psy Chi and Chi Sigma Iota. I enjoy teaching spin, trampoline fitness and cross-training classes. I like to be outdoors, take the dogs for a run, attend UNR Basketball games (GO WOLF PACK!) and working on home projects. I have a passion for helping others discover their inner strength and ways in which they are fulfilled. I am a Reiki Level I Practitioner.
